Late Fees

Late fees will only be applied when you fail to pay on time.

Non direct debit customer

The following only applies to non-direct debit customers.

After 7 days but before 14 day – First warning

If you/your account fails to pay within 7 days of the invoice date, a £3.50 admin/late fee will apply to your account.

After 14 days but before 21 day - Second Warning

If you/your account fails to pay within 7 days of the first warning, an £8.50 admin/late fee will be applied to your account.

Restriction will also be applied to your account, including call baring.

After 28 days but before 35 day - Final Warning

If you/your account fails to pay within 7 days of the second warning, a £14.50 admin/late fee will be applied to your account.

Further restriction will be applied to your account.

After 35 days

If your account remains in arrears for longer than 35 days all admin fees shell be applied and legal fees will also be added to your account.

Full restrictions will be applied to your account.

Direct Debit customer

If you pay by direct debit and the DD is returned unpaid, there will be a £15.00 charge for this. You then have 3 days to make a payment via other means.

3 days after DD has been return but before invoice date + 21 day - Second Warning

If you/your account fails to pay within 7 days of the first warning, a £8.50 admin/late fee will be applied to your account.

Restriction will also be applied to your account, including call baring

After 28 days but before 35 day - Final Warning

If you/your account fails to pay within 7 days of the second warning, a £14.50 admin/late fee will be applied to your account.

Further restriction will be applied to your account.

After 35 days

If your account remains in arrears for longer than 35 days all admin fees will be applied and legal fees will also be added to your account

Full restrictions will be applied to your account.
